Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing partner JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky dad. A lot of people know me as @annephung on Instagram, where I chronicle my journey - from the ups to the downs. My parents brought me into America in the year 1990, at which point I was just a year old. I wouldn't be sharing my story to you now had my parents not worked for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. Given the chance to live an improved life, I wanted to do my best to please them and determined to achieve my goals. My plan of life was for me to go to university, get an employment in a company then marry, and purchase a home. My plan for success was to go to university, graduate and get an employment in a corporation. I would then marry, buy a house and then have children. However, life was not so sure. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that it difficult to accept my job. Even though the compensation and status were good, I didn't feel like it was fulfilling. It was more like I was spending my time. The passion I have for fitness as well as my passion for socializing with others led me to find my new calling as a personal trainer. My small business was started in 2014, and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success in the year 2021. Since I am an Asian woman in the industry, there are very few. In order to be an innovator in my field and provide high-quality coaching and enable others to achieve an improved and happier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to meet their needs and help them achieve their targets. Additionally, I want to encourage people to pursue their goals and achieve anything and everything they want to do in their life. My career took off as I was enjoying the highest happiness of my life. However, my mother passed away at the same time that my career began to take off. To be in Heaven she is now in peace following an eight-year fight against the disease known as Scleroderma. Yet, I keep my Mom with me and dream about her each day. It's amazing how the world will teach us the exact instruction we require, even when we don't realize that it is there. The loss of my mother has changed my life in a profound way and I think she was the one who gave me a second chance at life. She died in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. The day was her chance to begin her new life. I had my second chance at living an enjoyable and fulfilling life. Now into my 30's I'm alive and alert. of the fact that I live my life now and not merely existing like I was in my past. As I share the story of my journey, it's with the intention that people will be able to understand my thoughts and feelings. It is to know that they're not on their own. Also, that there exists true love. Therapy is necessary and is not uncommon. In the end, your health is your biggest wealth. I pray that you will live the life you want to live and have your death be without regrets, since that's the only thing that we have to be confident about for the rest of our lives.
